During the month of November, we started the Cultural and Gastronomic Trietnia-Cocina de Haciendas as a very interesting bet in which all our visitors were going to witness the best of the gastronomy that identifies us as Vallecaucanos, Indigenous, Spanish and Afro. In the first presentation we were successful thanks to the assistance of all of you and the good time you had with the Indigenous cuisine, the whole assembly in general and the historical tour.
Given the high rates of Covid-19 contagion presented in the city of Cali, it was decided to postpone the two remaining events for the safety of all, but today we have the IMPORTANT news that this next weekend we will have activity again at the Hacienda Cañasgordas with the two pending events of the Trietnia such as the Spanish and Afro cuisine so that you can come and spend two days full of history, culture and gastronomy.
This event is very special because it will allow you to taste the best of the cuisine that represents us, remember to make your reservation in advance since the Hacienda has a maximum capacity of 50 people to guarantee biosafety protocols in a wide and diverse space.
The schedule of these two activities will be both Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, remember that the Hacienda is Petlover so you can attend with your pets.
